FUN AT CAMP
The Arts
Our program is built on opportunities for campers to express themselves through a variety of
creative art experiences. Creative exploration, self-esteem and a deep appreciation for Jewish
culture develop as campers experience the magic and wonders of the arts at Camp Kadima.
From kiddush cups to hand dipped candles to customized lip balm, Camp Kadima art projects are timeless treasures.
Tochnit & Ruach
Tochnit are special programs for Hokrim, Tsofim, Giborim and La’atid campers led by staff or outside specialists during a session. Tochnit have included Jewish Cooking, Magic Potions, Music, Scrapbooking, Photography, Arts & Crafts, Israel awareness, Drama and various sports activities. K’tantanim campers enjoy similar programs within their small group settings.
Spirit or “Ruach days” such as Mench madness, Crazy Hair, Topsy Turvy, Pajama, and Messy days infuse the camp week with spirit, camper unity and creative fun.
Sports & Swimming
Active games and sports play an important role at Camp Kadima. Whether it is basketball, soccer, Frisbee golf, GAGA, Jumprope, Messy Day activities or running in a wild and wacky obstacle course, we encourage all campers to get involved and play in a cooperative, non-threatening environment. Swimming is offered two days a week at the Dublin Aquatic Center. We regret that we cannot offer swim lessons. Campers are transported on school buses driven by certified professionals. Trained lifeguards and camp staff closely supervise campers.

Food
Campers bring a kosher-style lunch & drink. Lunches are refrigerated everyday except field trip days. Campers are provided 2-3 snacks a day with ice water and gatorade available
all day.
